Bk 1, pg 304

Indenture made January 25, 1781 between Francis and Sarah Covington and 
William McKinne Jun'r all of Wayne, for 200 pounds land in Wayne on the 
south side of Neuse River and east side of Falling Creek and upper side of 
Little Marsh including my plantation and containing 130 acres.
One other tract of land on Falling Creek adjacent to Little Marsh, McKinne's 
line, Edward Bass's line and containing 100 acres.
