Wayne County NC Register of Deeds
Bk 7, pg 67

Indenture made February 11, 1800 between Richard Cox and Thomas Toler both 
of Wayne, for 255 pounds land in Wayne on the north side of Neuse River and 
east side of Jumping Run adjacent to Benjamin Waldens line.

One other tract joining the aforesaid tract land which I Richard Cox bought 
of James Musgrave and both parts being 150 acres.

Witnesses: Uriah Bass and John Tolar
