Bk 7, pg 212

Indenture made November 7, 1801 between Thomas Cox on the one part and his 
brothers Richard and Smithson Cox of the other part all of Wayne, for 10 
pounds land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River and lower side of 
Falling Creek being part of the land my brother bequeathed in his will to my 
afsd brothers and myself but not yet divided therefore the quantity is 
unknown but supposed to be 66 acres.

Witnesses: John Kennedy and Elizabeth Kennedy
