Indenture made March 4, 1805 between Joseph Cox and Joseph Thomas both of 
Wayne, or $500 land in Wayne adjacent to a poplar near the Beaverdam Swamp, 
mouth of Small Branch, Robert Crawfords, Thomas Boswells corner containing 
324 acres.

Witnesses: Jacob Thomas and Thomas Wiggs
