Bk 8, pg 339

Indenture made December 26, 1805 between Smithson and Richard Cox planters 
of the one part and David Bizzell of the other part all of Wayne, for $750 
land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River adjacent to a pine on the 
bank of the river, Basses line, down the river containing 150 acres.

Witnesses: Jas Everett and Drury Bynum
