Indenture made December 14, 1805 between Josiah Cox of Richmond Co, NC and 
John Cox his son of Wayne, for $600 land in Wayne on the north side of Miles' 
or Little Marsh adjacent to a state in Basses line containing 370 acres.

Witnesses: John Overman and B Robin Hood
