Indenture made April 10, 1793 between Josiah Cox and Thomas Cox both of 
Wayne, for 5 pounds land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River adjacent 
to Robert Coxes line to the river containing 200 acres which land was 
granted by patent to Thomas Cox and upon the decease of said Thomas Cox 
descended to Josiah Cox as eldest son and heir at law to the afsd Thos Cox.

Witnesses: John Kennedy and Robert Cox
