Indenture made October 10, 1809 between Smithson Cox and Thomas Cox both of 
Wayne, for $100 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River adjacent to a 
pine on the river containing 43 1/2 acres.

Witnesses: Wm Jinnett and Lancaster Cox
