Indenture madd August 16, 1800 between Smithson Cox and Lancaster Cox both 
of Wayne, for $400 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River adjacent 
to David Bizzells second corner from the river, Joseph Everitts line 
containing 74 acres.

Witnesses: Jesse Bardin and Pierce Brogden
