Indenture made June 1, 1822 between Smithson Cox and William Kincy both of 
Wayne, for consideration of the love good will and affection which I have 
towards my son-in-law William Kincy a tract of land in Wayne on the south 
side of Neuse River adjacent to Bullgrave Branch, John McKinnes corner, 
Pervises corner containing 71 1/2 acres.

Witnesses: Ingram Rhodes and Alfred Bradbury
Recorded: Feb'y Term 1822 (sic)
