Indenture made February 2, 1847 between Stanton Cox and Isaac H Cox both of 
Wayne, for $1,250 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River adjacent a 
bank on the river, Elizabeth Musgraves corner, path leading from Stanton 
Coxs to Thos B Coxs containing 100 acres.

Witnesses: Needham T Perkins and Thos Kennedy
