Bk 20, pg 487

Indenture made May 20, 1841 between Stanton Cox and Thomas B Cox both of 
Wayne, for $1,635 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River adjacent to 
a white oak on the river bank the said Thos B Coxs lower corner containing 
81 acres.

Witnesses: Thos Kennedy and Britton Hood
