Indenture made August 16, 1820 between Lancaster Cox and Smithson Cox both 
of Wayne, for $400 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River adjacent 
to the run of Bullgrove Branch, John McKinnes corner, Jack Pervises corner 
containing 70 1/2 acres.

Witnesses: Will Hicy and Sally Cox
