Deed made 1 Mar 1883 from J. E. Cox and wife Fannie Cox to Job Warrick all of 
Wayne, for $250 land in Wayne adjacent to the north side of Falling Creek, lands 
of J. E. Cox and Job Warrick, stake in the old road, edge of Falling Creek, edge 
of Kellys Branch, containing 16 3/4 acres. Wife privately examined. Registered 10 
Apr 1883.
