Indenture made March 16, 1805 between Micajah Cox, James Edgerton and wife 
Sarah Edgerton, Richard Cox, Thomas Cox, John Cox, Willis Newsom and wife 
Lydia Newsom, Anna Cox of the first part and Jonathan Taylor Junr of the 
second part, for $1,515 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River 
adjacent to Thomas Coxes corner and running several courses and distances 
mentioned and expressed in the division made and returned to Court by the 
Exe'rs in conjunction with some others appointed by the Court to divide said 
lands amongst the heirs supposed to be 300 acres.

Witnesses: Richard McKinne and John Smith
