Gift Deed

Indenture made April 15, 1837 between William Cox Senr for good causes and 
valuable consideration me advancing in years have given to my beloved 
daughter Chelly Hollowell wife of Levi of Wayne, land in Wayne I bought of 
John Musgrave Junr adjacent to a pine in Mossy Branch, Beaver Dam Swamp.

One other tract bought of Edmond Musgrave adjacent to Beaver Dam Swamp, 
mouth of the Great Branch, Spring Branch, Meadow Branch both tracts 
containing 251 acres.

Reserving to myself for and during my natural life as well as during the 
time my family may stay together the use of the land and Grist Mill to saw 
my timber and grind my truet toll free.
