Deed

Indenture made February 24, 1785 between Hardy Crawford and Joseph Pipkin 
both of Wayne, for 100 pounds land in Wayne on the south side of Falling 
Creek adjacent to Lewis Bryan's corner and containing 150 acres; another 
tract of land of 110 acres on the east of James Rhodes Mill Branch, Joseph 
Pipkin's line.
Witnesses: Jesse Pipkin, Wm Rhodes and Thos Hines
