Deed made June -, 1912 between James Crow and wife R B Crow, Abbie Crow, 
Isaac Crow and wife Julie Crow, Sallie Burch and husband W H Burch, Eliza 
McClenny and husband J W McClenny parties of the first part and Marshal Rose 
party of the second part, for $1,000 two tracts of land in Wayne.
Tract one adjacent to the run of Green Branch formerly the corner between J 
W and Isaac Crow, stake near Garry Martin's corner, J W McClenny's corner 
containing 75 acres according to a plat of the same made by Louis Godwin 
Surveyor December 20, 1911.
Tract two adjacent to J W McClenny's lower corner, run of Falling Creek, 
Garry Martin's corner to the corner of the lower tract formerly owned by 
Isaac Crow containing 26 acres.
Registered November 30, 1912
