Indenture made December 31, 1853 between Gabriel Edwards of Wayne and Laban W 
Lewis, for $1400 land in Wayne on the west side of Cabin Branch adjacent to 
Elisha Pipkin lands, stake in the plantation, Coxes meadow containing 349 1/4 
acres.
