$582.50 land in Wayne adjacent to Bryan Parkers corner, run of the dividing 
branch, run of Horse Swamp, blackjack by the garden, John Coxs line, containing 
116 1/2 acres. Witnesses: J. H. Everitt and Joseph E. Kennedy. Registered 1 Oct 
1856.
