Term 1850 David B. Everitt to George W. Collier and Eli Murray Lot 32 & 33 Wayne County Deed Book 22, p 21 This Indenture made this (blank) day (blank) eighteen hundred (blank) between David B. Everitt of the county of Wayne and State of North Carolina on the one part and Geor. W. Collier and Eli Murray of the county and state aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said D. B. Everitt for and in consideration of the sum of twenty five dollars to him in hand paid by said Geor. W. Collier and Eli Murray at the time of executing these presents the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold conveyed aliened and confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell convey alien and confirm unto the said Geor. W. Collier and Eli Murray their heirs and assigns two lots in the Village of Everittsville number 32 and 33 according to the plan of said Village situate facing Collier Street on the south Rail Road Street, on the west Wright Street, on the north and joining on the east lots 26 and 27 according to plan of the aforesaid Village said lots containing each one acre to have and to hold the aforesaid lots together with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to him the said Geor. W. Collier and Eli Murray their heirs and assigns to them and their own proper use and behoof in fee simple forever and the said D. B. Everitt his heirs all and singular the premises hereby conveyed to the said Geor. W. Collier and Eli Murray their heirs and assigns shall and will warrant and forever defend from the lawful claim or claims of any and all persons whatsoever. In testimony whereof the said D. B. Everitt doth hereunto set his hand and seal the date first above written. D. B. Everitt {Seal} Signed, Sealed and delivered in the presence of Jno. Wright J. W. S. West Wayne County Nov. Term 1850 Then was the above deed of sale from David B. Everitt to George W. Collier and Eli Murray duly proven in open court by the oath of John Wright a subscribing witness ordered that it be registered. Jno. A.
