Indenture made on 8 Nov 1787 between John Fellow of Wayne County, NC
for sum of 500 lbs Specie paid by Joseph Green of Wayne County, NC -
do sell and convey a tract or parcel of land known as the "Spring
Branch" lying in Wayne County, NC (formerly Craven) on north side
of Neuse River, adj Cooper's Gully, lands formerly Charles Hines, it
being land or part of a Patent granted to John Fellow, Sr. under Seal
of Gabriel Johnston and bearing date 1 Mar 1738 and descended by will
of John fellows, Sr. to Robert Fellows and by Robert Fellows Willed
to John Fellows
