Indenture made 4 Jan 1890 between R. C. Fields and wife M. A. Fields of the 
first part and John R. Peel of the second part all of Wayne, for $5 land in 
Wayne adjoining the lands of Joseph W. Edwards adjacent on the north by 
Nicholas Smith's lands, on the east by Jas. W. Edwards land, on the south 
by J. D. Capps land and on the west by M. C. King's land containing 60 acres 
being the land conveyed by W. B. Bowden and wife to R. C. fields by deed of 
Feb'y 11th, 1888 to which reference is here made for purposes of description.
