Indenture made February 12, 1852 between J Fields and Matthew Casey both of 
Wayne, for $327 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River between 
Carraway's Creek and Sleepy Creek adjacent to two pines Jas Griswold's and 
other's corner, Hatch Whitfield's line land now supposed to belong to B T 
Hill, Wm Cobb's line, Richard Casey's corner containing 218 1/2 acres.
Witnesses: Richard Casey and Mary Casey
