Indenture made February 9, 1877 between Lovey Fields and Matthew Casey Jr both 
of Wayne, for $280 land in Wayne on the west prong of Rice Pond Branch, on the 
east side of Goldsboro and Kenansville Road and adjacent to the road, run of 
Gray's Branch, L H Fields' corner containing 157 1/2 acres.
