indenture made December 1, 1879 between Joseph F Fields and Matthew Casey Jr 
both of Wayne, for $500 land in Wayne on the west side of Rice Pond Branch 
and on the east side of the Goldsboro Kenansville Road adjacent to Arthur's 
Branch, Grey's Branch to the fork of Green Pond, L H Fields' corner 
containing 157 1/2 acres.
