the first part and Robert C. Fields and wife Martha A. of the second part, for $100 
land in Wayne adjoining the lands of Joel Fields and Cynthia A. Fields being lots 
2, 3 and 5 in the division of the lands of Julia E. Potts dec'd each lot containing
