Deed made March 9, 1901 by Joel S. Fields and wife (Sarah) Lou Fields of Wayne 
County to Newman Potts all of Wayne for $425 land in Wayne adjoining the lands 
of Addison (J. A.) Fields and Newman Potts and adjacent to a stake on the 
Newbern Road, corner of Lots No. 3, 2 and 5 containing 56 3/4 acres [in the 
division of lands of Newman Potts dec'd 1884]
