Indenture made January 21, 1874 between Lovey Fields and Micajah King both 
of Wayne, for $200 land in Wayne on the east side of W & WR Railroad and 
known as a part of the lands formerly owned by Richard Casey dec'd adjacent 
to the run of Marsh Branch Potts' corner, head of Jones' Mill pond 
containing 31 1/4 acres.
Witnesses: Matthew Casey Jr and John R Roberts
