This Indenture made this 10th day of February in the year of our Lord 1805
Between Richard McKinne, John McKinne and Joseph Everett Executors Of Richard
McKinne Sen. dec. all of the County and State aforesaid On the One part and 
Robert Forkner Sen. Of the same place on the other part. Witnessed That the 
said Richard McKinne John McKinne & Joseph Everitte Executors on & aforesaid 
for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Silver Dollars 
paid to me said Richard McKinne dec. on his lifetime have Bargained sold and 
made over to the said Robert Forkner a certain plantation, tract or parcel of 
land situate lying in the aforesaid County of Wayne On the South Side of the 
Yellow Marsh Beginning at a red Oak a corner of the land belonging to the 
heirs of Andrew Bass ____ on the Marsh and runs up the marsh North 75. E. 127 
pole to a pine by Faulkners fence then S. 9. West 150 poles to a pine Faulkners 
and the said heirs corner then with their line W 140 pole to a large pine By 
the head of a Branch in their line then with their line North 20. East to the 
Beginning Containing One Hundred acres more or less To have and to hold the 
said Land and premises to the said Robert Forkner his heirs Executors admins. 
And assigns and we the said Richard McKinne John McKinne and Joseph Everitte 
do hereby for ourselves our heirs, Executors and s______ in office Covenant 
to and with the said Robert Forkner to warrant and by these Presents forever 
defend the said land with all the privileges profits and advantages thereunto 
Belonging or in any use appertaining unto him the said Robert Forkner his 
heirs Executors Executors & administrators forever against the lawful claims 
demand of us our heirs Executors or suiepons Or any of them and against the 
lawful claims of all and every other person or persons claiming the same or 
any part thereof in Witnessed whereof in and affixed our seals the day and 
Date above Written Signed Sealed and acknowledged in presence of
