Indenture made November 13, 1868 between J Futrell and wife Martha Ann and 
William N Rose all of Wayne, for $2,200 land in Wayne adjoining the lands of B 
G Futrell and Wm Pipkin adjacent to the mouth of Peterson's Branch on the run 
of Buck Swamp, main fork near the road, Partridge's line containing 472 acres.
Witnesses: Wm Vernon and Kinchen Britt
