Indenture made 27 May 1872 from Eliza A. Churchill of Wayne County to John S. D. 
Grant of Windham County, Connecticut, for $100 four lots in Wayne on the north 
side of Neuse River being a part of the old Town of Waynesboro and known in the 
plan of said town as lots Nos. 93, 94, 95 and 96 and being the same purchased 
from S. A. Andrews with the exception of 20 feet square including the present 
graveyard and 7 feet square reserved by S. A. Andrews to have and to hold the 
said lots of land except the two graveyards above excepted.
