Indenture made January 4, 1845 between John R Hood and Kinion Grantham as 
executors of the will of Solomon Grantham of Wayne dec'd and Wright Casey of 
Johnston, for $400 land in Wayne on the south side of Mill Branch adjacent 
to Green Flowers corner, Casey's line, Needham Parkers corner, Spring 
Branch, Stephen Carter patent and containing 450 acres.
Witnesses: Matthew Brogden and Jesse Bizzell
