Indenture made February 10, 1846 between Kinion Grantham and Matthew Casey 
both of Wayne, for $800 land in Wayne on both sides of Beaverdam prong of 
Falling Creek adjacent to the north side of Beaverdam and containing 414 
acres.
Witnesses: Edwin R Cox and Abia Herring
