Deed made 6 Oct 1890 from J. N. and Mary L. Greene to Hiram L. Grant, for $5 
land in Wayne containing 89 acres adjoining the lands of W. T. Dortch, Charles 
Howell, B. F. Hooks and T. B. Parker adjacemt to a water oak on the bank of 
Little River, W. T. Daniels corner, up river to Charles Howells corner, then 
with his line to B. F. Hooks corner, to T. B. Parkers corner and other corner, a 
stake in the new road then with the new road as continued into the old road, 
with old road to where W. T. Dortchs line crosses same.
