Indenture made February 17, 1824 between James Griswold and Susan Ann Griswold 
his wife and Richard Casey all of Wayne, for $924 land in Wayne on the south 
side of Neuse River and head of Carraway's Creek adjacent to Carraway's corner 
and containing 402 acres.
