Indenture made December 1, 1853 between Willis Hall and Kinchen B Herring 
both of Wayne, for $51.25 land in Wayne near the town of Everittsville west 
of the W & R Railroad adjacent to lands of said Willis Hall, Lancaster W 
Moore, L J Moore's corner, J P Nevill's corner in Hall's line and containing 
20 1/2 acres.
Witnesses: G W Collier and D McKinne
