Indenture made April 14, 1795 between Jacob Herring of Wayne for and in 
consideration of the love good will and affection which he hath and do bear 
unto his son-in-law Simon Herring the plantation where he now lives on the 
north side of Neuse River and in a place called Upper Bogue adjacent to Joel 
Herrings lands containing 150 acres.
Witnesses: Richard Kethley and Benjamin Herring
