8 Aug 1821 - Know ye that we Fredrick Herring and wife Polly Herring daughter 
of the late Simon Herring dec'd and James Herring all of Wayne, for $600 all 
our right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever we the sd Frdk and 
Polly Herring have in and to the estate of Simon Herring dec'd.
