Indenture made Feb'y 24, 1826 between Frederick Herring and James Carraway 
both of Wayne, for $275 land in Wayne on the east side of Brooks Swamp 
adjacent to corner of Adam Carraway Se'r dec'd patent for 100 acres, Rhodes 
line and containing 110 acres.
