Indenture made May 22, 1850 between Benomi Herring and Cullin Casey both of 
Wayne, for $800 land in Wayne on both sides of the Beaverdam prong of Falling 
Creek adjacent to John Williams and containing 475 acres.
Witnesses: Jacob Herring and Waitman Thompson
