Indenture made July 25, 1850 between Kinchen B Herring and George W Collier 
both of Wayne, for $5 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River and on 
the west of the Wilmington and Raleigh Railroad adjacent to Cullen A Blackman 
and said Herring and containing 4 acres.
Witnesses: Eli W Hines and R T Haskins
