Indenture made January 5, 1797 between Isaac Hall and Richard Cox both of 
Wayne, for 500 pounds land in Wayne on the south side of Nawhunta Swamp 
adjacent to Murtle Branch, Widdow Bakers corner containing 200 acres.

Witnesses: John Howell and Joseph Hall
