Bk 5E, pg 590

Indenture made April 23, 1798 between Mathew Holland & Mary Holland his wife 
and Richard Cox all of Wayne, for 62 pounds land in Wayne on the north side 
of Neuse River and south side of Little River adjacent to side of Jumping 
Run joining the land of said Cox bought of James Musgrave, Cowgrave Branch 
containing 50 acres.

Witnesses: George Jernigan and James Jones
