Hudson and wife Minnie of the first part and Mary Hudson of the second part Witnessed that in consideration of the sum of Eleven hundred dollars paid by Mary Hudson the receipt which is hereby acknowledged by said Charles C. Hudson and wife Minnie the parties of the first part have bargained and sold and by these presents do bargain sell and convey to the said Mary Hudson her heirs, assigns a tract the following described: Being the tract of land situated in said county and state conveyed to the said Charles C. Hudson by deed from C.J. Hudson and F.A. Daniels mortgages and recorded in Register's Office in Wayne county in Book 69 page 316 and bounded as follows: Beginning at a black gum on the run of Rains Branch and runs S58E 5poles to a stake n the road then with the road about N16E 192poles then N55W 166 poles to a pine down M.H. Bizzell's corner then his line S2W 44poles to a stake said Bizzell's corner then with his line S46W 11poles to a stake in the East side of a small branch then his line (other) N47W 46poles to a stake Bridger's line then with said Bridger's line passes his corner S55W 86poles to a stake on the ditch in Horse Swamp Warrick's Corner then his line S43E 105 poles to a boxwood on the run of Rains Branch then down the run of said branch to the beginning containing 218½ acres more or less. To have and hold the same unto the said party of the second part. In testimony where of the said parties of the first part have her unto set their hand and seals this day and year above written. C.C.
