Indenture made February 1, 1835 between David Hooks, Trustee, Hiram W Hused 
and his wife Harriet A Husted of the one part and John Lewis of the other 
part, for $190 land in Wayne on the head waters of Sleepy Creek and known as 
the School house tract adjacent to black gum in an open pond and containing 
100 acres.
Witnesses: Ezekiel Slocumb and John C Slocumb
Harriet A Husted privately examined
