Indenture made October 20, 1815 between Martha Jernigan and Willis Pipkin 
both of Wayne, for $1326 land in Wayne on the south side of Mill Creek and 
the east side of Craddock Branch adjacent John Bizzell and containing 211 
acres; one other piece of land contining 10 acres adjoining the above for a 
total of 221 acres.
Witnesses: H. Bizzell and Wm Holmes
