Indenture made November 18, 1835 between Everit Joiner and Richard Casey both 
of Wayne, for $644 land in Wayne on the north side of Beaverdam prong of 
Falling Creek adjacent to Watery Branch, Reaves' corner and containing 322 
acres.
Witnesses: John Everitt and E Reaves
