Indenture made October 17, 1783 between Allen Jones of Northampton County and 
William McKinne of Dobbs County, for five shillings land Dobbs on the east 
side of Walnut Creek adjacent to William Standley's line and containing 300 
acres.
Witnesses: David Short, Thomas Parker and James Dancy
