Indenture made October 17, 1783 between James and Willie Jones of Northampton 
County and William McKinne of Dobbs, for 300 pounds land in Dobbs on the east 
side of Walnut Creek, Bogue Marsh and containing 780 acres.
Witnesses: David Short, Tho Parker and James Dancey
